 4 - Print Marketing/ Online Advertising & Social Media

The more exposure a home has, the more opportunity

there is for the right buyer to see it. Our in-house graphic

design professional will bring your home to 2-D life with custom marketing materials, while I create an individualized online and social media strategy designed to increase

buyer interest.

 5 - Show your Property

Firing up the imagination of potential buyers starts with an open house. We will work together closely to create a program that works for you and jumpstarts their interests.

 6 - Negotiate & Close

Now comes the waiting game. The buyer must open an escrow account, showing that they have the funds to proceed and are serious about the transaction. These funds will stay in this account until all documents and negations have been settled, and the transaction comes to a close. I’ll be there to simplify and guide you through this lengthy and confusing process.
